Water Purification

A new water purification system, including a building, has been installed at St Blasé orphanage.  It purifies otherwise undrinkable city water at a rate of 10 gallons per minute.  The system is being tested.  When complete and totally up and running, water will be provided for sale to the general public at a reasonable price, with the proceeds going toward self-sustaining orphanage operating costs.
